FAQ

Having any questions?

Our crew gets asked dozens of questions every day, some quirky, some quite intelligent and some just plain entertaining. But as they say, there’s no such thing as a dumb question, so we gathered below some of the most common ones!

If you can’t find an answer to what you are looking for, just send us an e-mail at info@corfuseadiscovery.gr
or give us a call at +30 266 304 1339.

Yes, you can amend your trip to a different date free of charge (subject
to availability). Just notify us at least 12 hours prior to the trip!

As long as it is rescheduled within the year of its original purchase, the trip will be amended.

If you need to cancel your tickets, please get in touch at least 48 hours prior to your chosen date and time.

A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations that will occur after the 48-hour notice period or in case of a “no show”, where passengers don’t turn up at the specified pick-up or departure point without a warning.

In case of bad weather conditions, we are happy to move your booking free of charge to the next most suitable day, subject to availability.

If we deem the weather conditions unsafe to operate the Underwater Cruise and you are unable to reschedule, you have the following options:

  • Receive a full refund for both the Aquarium and the Underwater Cruise, provided that you have not yet visited the Aquarium.
  • Visit the Aquarium as planned and receive a refund of the remaining balance of your booking. In this case, the full value of the online Aquarium admission tickets will be retained, as the Aquarium visit has been used, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

We always recommend rescheduling your Underwater Cruise where possible so you can enjoy the full experience during your stay.

No, but we certainly recommend it! Book your online ticket from the website to avoid any confusion and skip the ticket office queues.
You can also buy your tickets from the Corfu Aquarium ticket office.

Unfortunately, even though we adore animals, we can’t have them on board!

Children 16 years old and younger are unable to board our boats without an adult’s (aged 18+) supervision.

For anyone with a history of seasickness, we recommend taking a preventive seasick pill at least 30 minutes before the trip starts. If you don’t have one, please ask our crew – they are always happy to help!
