FAQ

Having any questions?

Our crew gets asked dozens of questions every day, some quirky, some quite intelligent and some just plain entertaining. But as they say, there’s no such thing as a dumb question, so we gathered below some of the most common ones!

If you can’t find an answer to what you are looking for, just send us an e-mail at info@corfuseadiscovery.gr
or give us a call at +30 266 304 1339.

Yes, you can amend your trip to a different date free of charge (subject
to availability). Just notify us at least 12 hours prior to the trip!

As long as it is rescheduled within the year of its original purchase, the trip will be amended.

If you need to cancel your tickets, please get in touch at least 48 hours prior to your chosen date and time.

A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations that will occur after the 48-hour notice period or in case of a “no show”, where passengers don’t turn up at the specified pick-up or departure point without a warning.
